Job Opportunity: Multi Site Sous Chef Location: Preston Type: Full Time We are delighted to be working with this fantastic client seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to work across multiple venues providing support to various Head Chefs during the sites peak and general trading periods. Role Responsibilities: - Providing support to multiple Head Chefs and effectively running the kitchen in their absence. - Be part of the training and development of more junior chefs across all sites. - Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently adhered to. - Work closely with Head Chefs to ensure operational efficiency. - Be able to effectively work across all venues. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Proven experience working in a high: volume setting and maintaining exceptional service standards. - Willingness to work across multiple sites. - Fantastic time management and high: level organisation. - Excellent communication skills. - Leadership skills : able to lead, train and develop junior team members. - Attention to detail.
