Description:
Per Diem: Schuyler Hospital is looking for a per diem Sonographer. This person will produce high quality images in accordance with New York State Department of Health, Federal Department of Health and Human Services guidelines and regulations. Utilizes PACS to store images, utilizes RIS and HIS to process patient information; provides safety to patients, hospital staff and medical staff; assists with quality control/quality assurance and minor maintenance of imaging equipment. Shall be oriented in the appropriate care handling of patients from all age groups; assists with radiology department office procedures; performs on-call duties as required.
