Position Summary:Reporting to the company's SVP, Integration & Innovation, the Solutions Sales Lead will sell business technology solutions engagements to new and existing clients to accelerate growth of the company's current lines of business and expand the share of revenue attributable to managed capacity/managed services engagements. A key leader and member of the Judge Group, the Solutions Sales Lead will be accountable for driving all the stages of the sales cycle including opportunity identification, qualification, presentation and closing, while also participating in solutioning and deal structure.The business is well positioned for accelerated growth both organically and through acquisition. As the company grows, the aim is to evolve the business mix so that revenue from managed capacity and outcome based managed services business represent half of the company's revenue in the next 5 years. This ambition will require a proven Solutions Sales Lead with high energy to drive large-scale integrated services solutions for new and existing enterprise customers. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:* Generate profitable revenue by selling managed capacity/ managed services engagements to strategic enterprise clients in support of digital transformation initiatives including AI and analytics, cloud, custom software development, quality assurance, enterprise application services, SAP, ServiceNow, organizational change management, up/re - skilling, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.* Participate and collaborate with enterprise sales teams, solutions architects, practice directors, technical specialists, proposals/marketing, and partner alliance managers to develop and deliver world-class GTM sales strategies to sell all of Judge's services to new and existing clients, that can be delivered under a variety of contractual arrangements, ranging from time and material-based staff augmentation to outcome-based managed services across our onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery centers.* Partner and align with Judge's consulting, learning, technology, and talent business units and become the go-to authority on clients, product/services, implementation processes, delivery models, and solutions.* Research, build and deliver key value propositions and business/technical solutions to various stakeholders in support of business drivers that result in successful outcomes that achieve new revenue generation, cost reduction, penetrating new markets and/or risk mitigation for clients.* Gather market intelligence and benchmark the competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies.* Lead and close commercial proposals for prospective clients.* Serve as the market (or regional) expert on Judge's managed capacity/ managed services.* Meet or exceed annual revenue targets. Qualifications Required Skills:* 10+ years in the IT consulting and services industry with a proven track record of success selling IT solutions to large enterprise clients.* 5+ years of success selling managed capacity/managed services for software/applications development or infrastructure management associated with enterprise level digital transformation.* 5+ years of focus on any of the following industries: BFSI, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology/Telecom, or Government, Aerospace & Defense.* Proven track record building relationships and engaging with C-level executives (ex. CIO, CISO, CFO, CPO, COO).* Bachelor's degree required (computer science, engineering, and/or business preferred, MBA desired).* Strong knowledge of information technologies/solutions associated with any of the following: AI and analytics, cloud, custom software development, quality assurance, enterprise application services, SAP, ServiceNow, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.* Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and cross-functional internal audiences.* Co-selling experience with technology alliance partners desired (ex. AWS/Azure, Snowflake, SAP, ServiceNow, Cisco)
