BASIC FUNCTION Reporting to the Assistant Coatings Manager, the Solutions Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, the supervision of all chemical related processes. The Solutions Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that all chemical processes are operating within established parameters, ensuring that accurate and timely reports and documentation are maintained. Further, to lead the Waste Treat operators and Solutions Maintenance Technicians to achieve and maintain high standards in safety, environmental, quality, production, customer service and housekeeping. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Responsible for maintaining safe working conditions and practices to ensure the safety of all employees. Ensure supervision and their employees know how to perform work assignments in an efficient manner and that they are fully aware of the correct and safe way to operate the equipment and handle the chemicals safely. - Responsible for creation, implementation, maintenance, communication and training of the chemical and environmental policies and procedures within e2z Coatings and Services. - Setting key performance indicators and targets for the coatings.
