POSITION OVERVIEW The Solutions Consultant is responsible for cultivating and maintaining customer relationships through regular touchpoints, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of evolving needs and challenges in order to address their intricate e-Discovery needs. The Senior Consultant will orchestrate the nuances of complex e-Discovery infrastructure requirements, intertwining technical expertise and commercial insight to offer bespoke solutions. This role is tailored for those who thrive in extended collaborative processes, with a focus on building strategic customer relationships. A profound passion for IT Technology and e-Discovery Architecture is a critical aspect of this role. The Senior Consultant, in addition to their strategic prowess, will bring an innate enthusiasm for staying abreast of the latest developments in IT. This passion will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative e-Discovery solutions that align with evolving IT landscapes. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and strategize complex, consultative customer engagements. Demonstrate a profound passion for IT technology and architecture. Establish trust and become the go-to advisor for customers through a deep technical understanding of e-Discovery architecture. Conduct regular touchpoints to stay attuned to evolving customer needs and challenges. Advise customers on intricate e-Discovery infrastructure needs, demonstrating strong commercial acumen. Navigate our customer's organizational challenges with sensitivity to costs and potential workforce impacts. Translate customer requirements into pragmatic solution proposals. Collaborate closely with internal engineering, sales and customer success teams for effective solution implementation. Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, incorporating timelines, resource allocation, and financial considerations. Oversee deliverable quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Effectively manage project constraints, including cost, time, and scope considerations. QUALIFICATIONS Proven track record in complex, consultative customer engagements, preferably within the e-Discovery domain. Exceptional technical understanding of e-Discovery architecture. Passion for IT technology and architecture. Commercial acumen with a focus on ROI and cost sensitivity. Outstanding communication skills to facilitate collaboration with internal teams and customers. Ability to navigate and address organizational challenges. Demonstrated time management skills with a commitment to respecting customer timelines.
