What You Will Get To Do: Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and across internal teams to understand objectives, operational capabilities, and touchpointsConducts in-depth analysis of client operations to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to address challenges and enhance business performanceResearches and builds knowledge about solutions, products, services, technology, or concepts related to the industryMeets with subject matter experts to ensure that specialized operational workflows are appropriately addressed and discussedFacilitates training sessions and workshops with client teams and ensures proper transfer of knowledge and skills to interested partiesManages consulting projects from initiation to completion for delivery within scope, budget, and timelineEnsures all deliverables meet the quality and accuracy expected by the clientCreates, adapts, and follows project schedules and deadlinesRemains up-to-date on technological and product developments and universal specifications relevant to the industry.Provide sales support for various ad hoc requests What You Will Bring: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration5 years minimum corporate experience at a financial institutionStrong competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate information into a clear, compelling messageExperience with a Software Management systemAbility to interact with staff across all levels and operate in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing project requirementsOutstanding organization and prioritization skillsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure, high-workload environmentSuperior attention to detail, grammar, and vocabularyUnderstanding of the alternative investment management industry; middle and back-office processes, and organizationTeam player; thrives in a collaborative role; self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionThank you for your interest in SS&C!
