Our Family Centered Services team provides critical care and resources to families in crisis or those at risk of child abuse or neglect. Our Davenport team is looking for a full time Solution Focused Meeting Facilitator to support families in Scott County and surrounding area. You can make a life-changing impact on the lives of the parents and children we are privileged to serve and empower. What You'll Do Solution Focused Meeting Facilitators play a key role in helping support families and children. Facilitators coordinate and engage families in Solution Focused Meetings and Child Safety Conferences. Facilitators work with the family supports and other stakeholders to assess needs and develop a path toward family goals. Meetings may occur during business hours or in the evenings. Travel is required; LSI reimburses for milieage. What You'll Need LSI will accept a combination of education and experience for this position. Qualified candidates will have a bachelors degree + 1 year of experience with children and families; an Associates degree + 3 years of experience with children and familes; OR a high school diploma/GED + 5 years of experience with children and families. Preferred candidates will have certification in Solution Focused Meetings.
