Description:
Pay Rate: $45-56/hr. on W2. The up Authorable Workflow Dev team develops guided support experiences for users and support agents of client products. The team understands the troubleshooting workflow and develops a self-guided path, using proprietary tools, for users and agents to provide solutions to the issues. Review the design requirements and build the workflow using client's proprietary tools. Build, test and troubleshoot workflows on client's proprietary platform to implement the business logic. Work does not involve coding in the typical languages such as C++, Java, Python however the coding experience and listed requirements are essential to perform the role. e.g., An API may be provided to need to read the code to understand how it will be implemented in the workflow. Propose coding improvements based on the workflow requirements so that the API can be integrated into the workflow. Need SQL proficiency since some logic in the workflow will need to be written in SQL. Need to be able to submit Change Lists in client's Software infrastructure to release technical documentation. Build workflow: Use Google's proprietary platform to build the workflow and adhere to pre-set quality criteria. Identify and clearly articulate daily progress and/or blockers as the project progresses. Meticulously log changes to workflow structure. Use Software engineering and coding skills to pick the best possible solution and implement it. Requirements Graduate Degree. Fluency in coding in at least 1 major language (e.g., Python, C++ or Java) Experience writing SQL. Experience working with APIs to read/write data from/to third-party systems. Strong collaboration skills. Proven track record of close collaboration within teams and across Product Managers, Designers, Content Strategist and UX Researchers. Experience working across multiple projects in tandem. Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and willingness to ask for and incorporate feedback. Ability to handle multiple requests & streams of work in a challenging environment. Strong track record of troubleshooting and identifying solutions to solve complex technical problems with little guidance.
