Job Duties: Assist in the development and maintenance of the customer trust program, including the development of customer-facing documentation and responses regarding Slack's information security, compliance and regulatory programs. Respond to customer information security and/or compliance inquiries and audits. Collaborate with a variety of teams to understand and drive resolution to customer security concerns. HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. Minimum Requirements: Masters degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the field of IT security or one (1) year of experience in the job offered OR Bachelors degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of IT security or five (5) years of experience in the job offered. A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering (any field)). Special Skill Requirements: (1) SOC 2; (2) ISO 27001, 27017, and 27018; (3) FedRAMP; (4) Amazon Web Services; (5) Microsoft Azure; (6) Burp Suite; (7) Nessus; (8) Jira; (9) Microsoft Defender ATP; (10) Vulnerability Management; (11) Freshdesk; (12) Smartsheet; (13) Security Compliance audits; (14) Customer Trust. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. Salary: $169,395.00 - $227,700.00 per annum.
