Description:
The Test Engineer will provide full development lifecycle support services to the Department of Veterans Affairs. The qualified candidate will have experience in testing and must have experience reacting to problems and correcting issues and customer dissatisfiers. Testing includes smoke, functional, integration, performance, load, regression, and accessibility. Position Responsibilities: Coordinate with product owner, developer, and senior test engineer to plan and execute test events.Work with tech lead, developers, and product users to create test plans and test scripts.Follow up and track bugs and issues and reports on errors that are identified.Available to perform testing on emergency hot fixes and after-hours releases.
