Under direct supervision this role performs routine assignments in support of the department and Firm strategic plan and initiatives which include working closely with managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand and design business system's functional and nonfunctional requirements, support application testing, and support application users post implementation. Qualifications: Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and Decision Sciences is required.Direct experience or education related to ETL/Alteryx software development cycles, software development, design and /or testing is preferred.Experience or education related to project management; process management is preferred.Experience or education related to technical writing or requirements gathering is preferredAble to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative, and continuously changing environment.Must have excellent communication skills in business and technical environments. May be required to work overtime and weekends. May be required to travel and work from different company and client locations. Responsibilities: Under direct supervision: Assists with assigned segments of client work related to Alteryx platform, statistical approaches, machine learning, and related disciplines.Assists with gathering clinet information and details.Assists with the coordination on all phases of the engagement.Assists with the translation and communication of business needs in clear technical terms to the technical resources and the technical details in simple business terms to the leadership and non-technical stakeholders.Assist with analyzing requirements and architects appropriate solutions, with detailed design documents.Assists in the software development life cycle from scoping, analysis, design, implementation, and quality assurance to delivery and support.Assists in troubleshoots production issues, identify root cause and communicates results identified.. Assists in the verification and accuracy of data, and maintains and supports the Data Warehouse.Assists other analysts, developers, and project managers in conceptualizing and development of new business workflows or system processes.Assists with reporting and custom developed IT projects, perform software development testing, unit testing and debugging which may include preparation of new software, reuse of existing code, modification of existing programs, or integration of purchased solutions.Participates in software testing including Quality Assurance and Quality Control.Assists with the creation and execution of manual software testing scripts.Communicates with supervisor any obstacles or items of concern. May identify opportunities and recommend methods to improve service, work processes and financial performance (e.g., procedure optimization). Assists co-workers in the completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service. Actively supports teamwork throughout the organization. Other Duties: Provides courteous and prompt service to all internal and external parties. Prioritizes and addresses requests and assignments in a professional and cooperative manner.Identifies opportunities and recommends methods to improve service, and work processes. Assists in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.May assist co-workers in the completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service and demonstrating team work skills. Actively supports teamwork throughout the organization.Perform other services as assigned. Other Considerations: May periodically travel and work from different company locations.May be required to work overtime, and/or on weekends as needed.Must arrive at EisnerAmper offices or client locations in a timely manner and be ready to perform job responsibilities.
