You will be overseeing a range of crucial responsibilities in this role. Your main responsibilities will include: Take direct responsibility for decisions on cases referred to MASH, ensuring statutory safeguards for child protection. Provide professional leadership, delegate tasks, supervise, support staff, and maintaining equal opportunities and health and safety policies. Elevate casework quality through audits and the integration of audit findings into social work practice.
