Social worker: 9 day Fortnight: Safeguarding : Up to GBP42 p/hr Non Stop Care is currently working with a Good Ofsted local authority in the South of England area, who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their CAST team(Children backssment and safeguarding team). Within this service, you will oversee the case from the initial backssment all the way through, effecting change in the children and families lives while also seeing the results and understanding best how to make a positive and remaining change. You will be joining an local authority with a Good Ofsted rating, meaning that you will be joining an successful team with good practices, enhancing your skills which will help lead to further career opportunities. While having the ability to earn up to GBP42 p/hr. Responsibilities: The CAST team works with families when there is a need for a Child and Family backssment and work to effect change and enable the families to develop the skills and level of care for the family to stay together. You will be working with Families in need of support by conducting initial backssments, implementing care plans and working long term with the families until the issues are resolved Benefits: Pay rate up to GBP42 p/hr depending on experience Hybrid working : You will only need to go the office for meetings and reviews 9 day fortnight : You will get one day off every 2 weeks and be paid for it Good Ofsted Hybrid working Stable ongoing contract Immediate Start Supportive Management Requirements: Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker with experience in Children Services, ideally within Long Term Child Protection or Referral and backssments teams.
