Where You Belong.JOB SUMMARY Our vision at Firestone Country Club is to create unique elevated golf experiences to last a lifetime with warm welcomes, magic moments and fond farewells. Our Small Group Coordinators will be responsible to act as a one stop shop for small groups by organizing golf, spa, retail, concession, restaurant reservations and experiences in the local area that may not be part of the group program. Contact all in-house groups prior to arrival to sell and coordinate all/pending amenities. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the needs of the group and act as a liaison between the member/guest and operations department to execute on the member/groups magic moments. Attend all site inspections, pre-planning visits and pre-con meetings. Recognize opportunities to up-sell the member/guests and sell enhancements to create a better Firestone experience for their event. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Overall, our Small Group Coordinators are key individuals in creating the ultimate Firestone Golf Experience.Job Duties & Responsibility * Conduct proactive sales calls to all groups turned definite that have not yet finalized outing. * Provide weekly up to date & accurate reports of scheduled activity. * Perform Account tracking and reporting. * Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty. * Follow all company policies and procedures. * Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional. * Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. * Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. * Anticipate and address member/guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. * Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. * Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. * Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. * move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; additionally, stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. * Perform other reasonable job duties as requested when assigned by supervisor/manager. * Conduct Front desk duties such as, but not limited to check-in, check-outs, creating reservations, answering general inquiry calls, and assisting with guest requests.
