Your duties will encompass: 1 Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and specifications. 2 Site Operations: Actively manage on: site activities, including construction processes, surveying, and quality control measures. 3 Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones. 4 Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve engineering challenges in real: time, ensuring project progression and quality outcomes. 5 Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and as: built records. 6 Health and Safety: Uphold a strong commitment to health and safety practices, promoting a safe working environment. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Site Engineer, specifically in heavy civils projects within the Highways and Smart Motorways sector. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proficient understanding of the UK construction industry, especially in Highways construction. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
