Afterschool Program Site Director, Little Elm, TX AlphaBEST: After school is where adventure begins! AlphaBEST believes in the power of wonder to connect students to a world of endless possibilities. We're looking for leaders like you to be the Captain of our team! Location: Little Elm ISD Elementary Schools Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM Pay & Benefits: $20.50+/hour Part-time benefits including health and paid time off Employee referral program - up to $150 for every successful new hire you refer Deep discounts on program tuition for dependents (Bring your school-age child to work for $10/week) Fun and friendships come with the paycheck As an AlphaBEST Captain , you'll be trained to do the following: Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more! Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site. Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site. Here's what you'll need: Must have BA/BS or CDA in education. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs. Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations. Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards.
