Sis Analyst - Student (Level I, Ii, Or Iii)Del Mar College Posting Number: S897 Department: Information Technology Position Type: Exempt Employment Status: Full-Time-Staff Salary: Minimums: Level I - $56,000.00; Level II - $65,000.00; Level III - $75,000.00 Open Date: 04/12/2024 Close Date: 5/13/2024 Job Description Summary: The purpose of this position is to support successful Student Information Systems (SIS) operations for all constituents on the College campus. This is accomplished by providing support and analysis of SIS operations and managing associated user security. This position will be responsible for administering the Ellucian Colleague SIS, Anthology SIS, and associated tools, APIs, and integrations. Other duties include researching, analyzing, designing and implementing workflow and other business process solutions within the SIS. This position may also jointly administer smaller systems that integrate with the SIS. On Campus or Remote in Texas This position is eligible for remote work in the state of Texas, preferably in the south Texas Region. Remote staff may be required to attend meetings/trainings on campus in Corpus Christi, Texas, possibly once a quarter. Travel and lodging expenses will be provided by Del Mar College for staff required to travel onsite. Remote work employees must meet these criteria for the remote work location: Adequate desk space in a dedicated, contained area that is secured and protected at all times. Furniture will not be provided by Del Mar College. Remote work location is in a quiet environment free of background people and noise during business hours. On-camera meetings may be required with staff and/or department leadership, at the discretion of the supervisor. Remote staff will be required to maintain an online presence with the Microsoft Teams application during working hours, unless arrangements have been made with the supervisor. Computer device, mobile hotspot, and other equipment, software, and resources necessary to perform job duties will be provided. Electricity, internet/wi-fi, and other utilities are the responsibility of the employee. Mobile/cellular phone may be issued to employees upon request and supervisor approval. Minimum Qualifications: Level I - Grade 516 : Knowledge is acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience OR Associate's degree and three (3) years of experience. Level II - Grade 517 : Knowledge is acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience OR Associate's degree and five (5) years of experience. Level III - Grade 518 : Knowledge is acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience OR Associate's degree and (7) seven years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Ellucian Colleague and/or Anthology.Familiarity with operational processes such as enrollment, registration, financial aid, Coordinating Board (CBM) reporting, IPEDS reporting, etc. in a higher education environment.
