Our retail client is looking for a part-time Sample/Showroom Coordinator to cover a leave. This is a part-time position, 2 days/week onsite in the Greenpoint area of Brooklyn, NY , approx. 9am to 5pm. What will you be doing? Sample management, pulling apparel to be sent to retailers Track samples that have previously shipped Setting up showrooms for specific market date launches Utilizing Ariba SAP system to track shipments and payments Track marketing initiative or development of marketing initiative with retailers This role is more focused on the fashion aspect of the business instead of sports and collaboration between fashion designers Who will you be working/interacting with? Sales team (4 people) within adidas and the hiring manager Account Service (Customer Service) team to review logistics and payment What are your skills? * Previous Account Marketing experience* Sample Management* Ariba SAP experience is a plus Client Description Our client strives to be the global leader in the sporting goods industry with brands built on a passion for sports and a sporting lifestyle.
