Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service• Lead generation• Team and individual sales• Sales scripts mastery• Set appointments• Execute consultations• Close sales• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Real estate license required• Good communication• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams is one of the most collaborative offices.
