We’re a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and show homes for our Senior Buyer Agents in the area. Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes. You’ll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, marketing staff, and competitive compensation for your hard work. If this sounds like a good fit, apply now. Compensation range $40,000-$60,000 + bonuses. Responsibilities: • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving• Present yourself in a professional manner• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 DOE plus bonuses About Company: RE/MAX Allegiance is a full-service brokerage specializing in a wide range of specialties including residential sales, commercial sales, leasing and new development projects in the most desirable neighborhoods in Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, Maryland and Hampton Roads.
