Job Summary The Shop Technician / Mechanic is proficient in maintenance of all classes of equipment and qualified to diagnose and repair all products and equipment. The Shop Technician / Mechanic should communicate accurately and timely any issues or concerns through open communication while sharing technical knowledge and experience in a positive manner where other technicians may be able to learn from this. Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Ensure proper maintenance is performed on any ProLift Toyota Material Handling vehicles assignedMaintain adequate and accurate parts inventory assignedPerform the service job on time and right the first timeRepair and service lift trucks and other equipmentPromote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"; Promote TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophyThe ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner Educational/Job Requirements High School Graduate or Equivalent, Tech School PreferredValid Driver's LicenseProficient with Computer/Tablet skills2 years' mechanical experience preferred The ProLift Team Our associates have the opportunity for personal and professional growth as well as a long-term career.
