You deserve a job you love!Volt is immediately hiring for a Shipping Supervisor in Santa Maria, CA.As a Shipping Supervisor you will: * Oversee and supervise employees * Monitor staff performance * Assist with packaging and staging of deliveries * Understand and follow procedures and practices * Understand safety guidelines, regulations and specifications * Provide leadership by coaching, counseling, training, and individual development * Other duties as assignedThis is a full-time Direct Hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have: * Minimum of 5 plus years of shipping experience * Associate degree preferred * Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Strong written and verbal business communication abilities * Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience preferredSalary: $21.63 - $31.25 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
