As a Shipping Clerk you will play a pivotal role in the packaging and shipping operations for shopgoodwill.com, utilizing FedEx services. This position is essential in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of items sold online. Primary Responsibilities: Be fully aware and positively promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. (ESGWND). Ability to stand for 5-to-6-hour shift. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Print daily shipping reports. Pick and package items for shipment. Generate computer labels. Must be able to determine the most cost-effective way to package a large variety of items in an appropriate manner for safe shipment. Must be detail oriented to ensure proper labeling. Order and stock shipping supplies. Ability to meet minimum required shipping quotas. Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Demonstrated honesty, punctuality, and reliability.
