Ft Lauderdale Ave Space #R216, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33316 Phoenix Taco Bell – Shift Leader Job Description Our Taco Bell franchise is hiring Shift Leaders to be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and the Crew to maintain operational standards and procedures. Responsibilities of the Shift Leader include, but are not limited to: Motivates and leads Crew Members to maintain enthusiastic customer service. Ensure all orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner. Resolves customer complaints; works to resolve issues that may arise within the restaurant. Takes inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages. Assists the management team with recruiting and hiring crew members. Assists with decisions/recommendations on discipline and terminations of Crew.Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Follows the Company uniform and grooming standards and policies.Learns team effectiveness skills; leads and works with others to achieve team goals. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to supervise, train and motivate Crew Members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good math and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide exceptional customer service.Previous fast food experience is a plus. Ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment.Must have reliable transportation.
