Seeking a Sheet Metal Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Baltimore, MD. This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k! Salary is between $90,000 - $150,0000 per year (based on experience) Responsibilities: Responsible for safety, maintaining the reputation for our quality of work, and the productivity of their team in the metal shop. Read, analyze, and interpret drawings and specifications, documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Enforce and create a safety driven culture to promote the company’s strong commitment to safety. Fabricate sheet metal parts, solder, operate press brakes, CNC Punches, lasers and welders. Debur/hand finishing sheet metal and machined parts. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. 5+ years in a commercial roofing/construction supervisory capacity. Detail oriented and self-started.
