Kaeppel Consulting is seeking a "SharePoint" Specialist to work for one of our reputed clients. This is an Onsite position in San Antonio, TX and will be for 3 months. Title: SharePoint Specialist Summary: The SharePoint Specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation, customization, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions within the organization. They will collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient SharePoint solutions. The role involves configuring SharePoint sites, managing permissions, developing workflows, and providing technical support to users. Responsibilities: Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions based on business requirements. Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and web parts to meet specific needs. Configuration: Configure SharePoint environments, including settings, permissions, features, and integration with other systems or applications. Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define SharePoint solutions that align with organizational goals. Development: Develop custom workflows, forms, and applications using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, or other relevant tools. Write custom code (e.g., JavaScript, C#) when necessary to extend SharePoint functionality. Administration: Perform day-to-day administration tasks such as user management, site creation, content management, and troubleshooting issues. Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to end-users on SharePoint functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration guides, and user manuals. Governance: Ensure compliance with governance policies, security standards, and data management practices within the SharePoint environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, Administrator, or similar role. Proficiency in SharePoint administration, configuration, and development. Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities. Experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other related technologies. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and .NET. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: SharePoint certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate). Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365.
