Share Warehouse Associate-Day Shift-GA 3564BR Warehouse Regular Job Description Receiving, stocking, preparation, and shipping of merchandise to customers in local and outlying areas.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Drive/Operate forklift and electronic pallet jack. Pick merchandise from slots. Load merchandise into trucks. Drop merchandise from 'reserve' to 'pick' slots. Prepare 'Via' merchandise for shipment on freight lines. Repack loose merchandise. Performs housekeeping duties as assigned. External Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or GED equivalent. Able to lift 40-60 pounds repeatedly and 70-100 lbs. occasionally each shift. Able to bend, stoop, climb, stand and twist for extended periods of time. Able to operate forklift/pallet jack and cherry picker and successfully complete forklift training/certification requirements. Able to operate a Radio Frequency (RF) and the shrink wrap machineAble to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
