<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a coordinator in the support of Test and Measurement service solutions. This Services and Support Coordinator position is for a key individual who will work at our facility in Nashua NH supporting both internal and external customer&rsquo;s experience with Keysight solutions, processes, and services.</p><p><strong>Specific duties include:</strong></p><ul><li>Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives according to prescribed procedures and requests.</li><li>Enter, Maintain, and support data entry in various systems to support delivery operations.</li><li>Establish and maintain close communication with both internal organization and external customers to ensure optimal performance in support services and contractual obligations.</li><li>Communicates with customers for issue resolution and response.</li><li>Solves a broad range of service / support requests varying in scope and complexity.</li></ul><p><strong>This critical role requires the following skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.</li><li>Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.</li><li>Experience with database tracking and management systems.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers.</li><li>Strong attention to details, ability to multitask and organizational skills.</li><li>Will require understanding of general and technical aspects of various contract requirements and processes.</li><li>Need to be able to document processes and work instructions.</li><li>Ability work with reports and perform data analysis.</li><li>Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions.</li><li>Based on customer requirements, candidate must be able to pass a background check.</li></ul><p><strong>Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation): Pay Range:&nbsp;</strong>$21.47/hour - $26.58/hour W-2.&nbsp;<strong>Benefits:&nbsp;</strong>Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).&nbsp;<strong>Work Schedule:</strong>&nbsp;Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week). <strong>100% onsite at Keysight Location: 22 Cotton Rd.; Nashua, New Hampshire 03063</strong>. Contract Duration: <strong>24&nbsp;months&nbsp;(03/25/2024 to 03/25/2026)</strong>.&nbsp;</p>
