Job Description Job Description ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant Location: Remote Start Date: May 20 End Date: July 27 Hours: 200 Strong ITOM TC with skills in other areas like Catalog to lead and build the following solution. This is staff aug working at direction of customer. Focus is Configuration Management Database ("CMDB"), Service Catalog, and building a custom SSL/TLS workflow app. A similar workflow to be referenced and leverage as appropriate is attached. Use Case: SSL/TLS decryption bypass is used to disable decryption for a specific website through the proxy. Proxy bypass is used for systems that are unable to utilize Customers standard proxy implementation and which must route directly to the destination bypassing the proxy. Implementing security policy changes associated with this request removes security functionality for related traffic. The requester will need to provide justification, with vendor evidence and documentation (web links and related email trails), as to why SSL/TLS decryption must be disabled or the proxy bypassed completely. Requesters will need approvals which will be documented and coordinated with a ServiceNow workflow. Notifications and updates will also be provided via the ServiceNow workflow. Targeting an eight week project with two sprints. Required: --- Must have ServiceNow ITOM experience. --- Must be ServiceNow certified.
