Duties & Responsibilities: The Service writer duties include, but are not limited to: Writing up equipment for customer service needs Updating customers through repair process Placing parts on work orders through our software system Parts sales/Equipment Sales Customer Service Answers phone calls Helps with parts and whole good inventory Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays. Stocking inventory in proper locations. Handling cash and credit card transactions Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly. Greet customers as they enter the store Opening and closing store as part of daily process Education and Qualifications: Positive attitude with a solid work ethic in high energy, goal driven environment. Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Sales experience preferred.
