ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: At TireWorld, we strive on developing customer relationships through trust, loyalty and exceptional service. We are looking for those who enjoy developing relationships and consider themselves outgoing with great customer service skills. You must enjoy helping people, working on a team and be trustworthy, honest, reliable and teachable. The character trait of integrity and self-control are key elements in this role. This job requires face to face and phone communications, as well as basic computer skills. You will receive hands-on product knowledge along with front counter and overall day to day process training. If this sounds like you, "WE WANT YOU!!!" THE ROLE YOU WILL PERFORM: • Greet customers promptly• Create work orders for needs requested by the customer• Sell products and services based on vehicle requirements• Monitor shop for vehicle work completion progress• Complete invoicing process with explanations for services performed REQUIREMENTS: • Able to handle multiple priorities• Positive attitude and customer focus• Able to work and excel in a team environment• Ability to be standing for most of the day• TN driver license• High school education• Able to lift up to 35lbs. PREFERRED SKILLS: • Automotive retail experience – Front counter interaction ADDITIONAL NOTES: • Hours of operation 7:00~5:00 (Mon-Fri), 7:00~12:00 (Sat)• Location – Murfreesboro, Smyrna, LaVergne, TN
