Our collision repair shop in Raleigh is on the lookout for a skilled individual with over three years of hands-on experience. As a Collision Service Writer, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, overseeing the entire repair process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include handling insurance claim processes, writing estimates, closing repair orders, and maintaining strong communication with customers, vendors, and technicians.
