Grieco Ford of Raynham is looking for top quality technicians to service our customer’s vehicles. Come work with a team that has high customer retention, high customer satisfaction, and work in a clean and organized state-of-the-art service department. Our Service Technicians earn TOP- of-the market compensation and enjoy the benefits of working with a successful and progressive family-owned dealer group. We offer provided Ford Motor Company paid training. Responsibilities Include: • Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty. • Communicating with Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication. • Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, when authorized by the service advisor/customer. • Performing multi-point inspections and entering the appropriate recommendations into our electronic inspection form to ensure safety and reliability of the customer vehicles. • Electronically documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order. Example: cause, correction of service performed. Mileage driven after service and or repairs completed. • Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
