Title : Service Shop Technician (Temporary 6 months, renewable) Work location : Kenworth Montreal (7500 Rte Transcanadienne, Saint-Laurent, QC H4T 1A5, Canada) Schedule : Monday to Friday, 6:30AM to 3:00PM Salary: between $22-44/hour Benefits : Permanent, 40h/week ; Monday to Friday, 6:30AM to 3:00PM (8h/day) ; Salary between $22-44/hour, depending on exprience ; 2 weeks of vacation after first year ; 5 days of paid leave per year ; 12 statutory holidays ; Uniform provided ; Being paid weekly ; On-site parking ; Insurance (medical, dental, divison, etc. ) covered 100% by the employer ; Telemedecine and employee assistance program ; Be coached and mentored by truck experts ; Professional development and career growth within the company ; Corporate events (Christmas Party, Family Day event, etc. ). Summary of responsibilities: Review work orders and discuss them with the supervisor; Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs of heavy vehicles; Diagnose and repair the pneumatic system, the electrical system and the cabin elements; Carry out repairs on all vehicle components; Adjust, repair or replace parts and components on trucks and trailers; Perform scheduled maintenance services such as; oil changes, lubrications and tune-ups Qualifications: DVS in heavy vehicle mechanics or other related field; 3+ years of experience in heavy truck mechanics; French and English (spoken and reading - functional level) ; Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license (class 1 - bonus); Possess a tool box as well as your enrolment to the Comité Paritaire d'Automobiles (CPA) Who are we?
