Stark Tech has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Operations Manager to join our team! If you can deliver high-level customer satisfaction and increase company profitability through customer satisfaction, consultation, technical team leadership, service sales and coordination we want to talk to you! How are you successful in this role? The Service Operations Manager is a critical role in the delivery of our services to clients, and also ensuring successful client experiences that are consistent with our high standards. The ideal candidate will be able to supervise, coordinate, and mentor a diverse team of technicians. Have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to maintain relationships with our clients. Work closely with the sales team and customers on recommended building solutions and upgrades for all Stark Tech offerings. Have the capability to supervise, coordinate, and plan the execution of service contracts to completion. Serve as a point of contact to train customers on control systems operations. Support technical team with installation and repair efforts as needed. Adhere to all company, vendor and customer safety standards. Train staff accordingly. Work closely with project managers, sales, engineering and service to coordinate and execute project work successfully. Utilize ServiceMax and other Stark operating systems to facilitate efficient field operations. Assist with R&D as required. What are we looking for? Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent field experience required. Five (5) years experience working with mechanical and/or control systems required. Advanced knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry, Security industry, control theory, building automation systems and other building sub-systems required. Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required. Ability to lead, develop and direct a team of technicians required. Strong communication and customer service skills required. Ability to adapt, multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. What we would love to see? Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. Strong networking background. What we love to see? Three (3) years' supervisory experience. Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e. LON, BACNet, etc.). Who are we?
