Role Overview – Service Manager HMP Chelmsford: Do you have what it takes to support a large multidisciplinary team in a local remand jail to success If so this role may be for you As a Service Manager your primary responsibility will be to provide effective leadership to a team of Team Leaders and Senior Therapists within your service, aligning their efforts with Forward's business plan. Collaborating closely with the Clinical Lead, you will work on developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, both within the prison environment and externally.
