Are you an experienced Service Manager or Lead Engineer with skills in organising or delivering maintenance, repair and servicing of specialist equipment or vehicles? Are you looking for a role in management, running a team of remote engineers and depot based staff? Are you currently working in the automotive, plant or lifting equipment sector and looking for a move into Fork Lift Trucks. Kingscroft have been asked to recruit for a Service Manager for a supplier of specialist materials handling equipment. As the Service Manager you will have had previous experience in leading a service team or department or have worked as a Senior Engineer and be confident in stepping up to a management role. As the Service Manager your duties will include: Managing a team of field and workshop based service engineers Manage performance on key accounts against Service Level Agreements Plan and allocate resources to achieve required output Manage costs and performance against jobs Develop and monitor budget and financial performance across the service operation Promote safe working across the team Work closely with team to identify training and development areas Lead the culture of the depot driving operational standards, quality and efficiency of the service team This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is looking to develop and grow.
