Service Manager needed with Southampton City Council Service Manager needed with Southampton City Council Start Date- ASAPLocation – Southampton Duration – Initially 3 months Hours per week – 37 hours per week Salary – £40ltd per hour Southampton city council are recruiting for a service manager to join their community wellbeing team. The service is responsible for triaging, signposting and delivering a range of support to adults who are deemed to have a range of care and support needs. Description: The service manager is required to develop and deliver effective community hubs within the community clusters to meet agreed performance standards and within budget As the service manager you will ensure that adults with care and support needs are backssed and supported in accordance with statutory requirements and local policy including the effective application of a strengths based approach. Service managers must lead the implementation of improvement projects and programmes related to community well-being to improve outcomes and performance. As a community and wellbeing service manage you must ensure that the services offered are accurately and effectively explained to all relevant stakeholders via appropriate communication channels including keeping directories, websites and printed material up to date. What is required Previous service Manager experience Social Work Qualification Social Work England registration Previous experience within Adult’s Social Work Working as a Qualified Social Worker with Service Care Solutions We are currently offering a NEW YEAR Bonus of £250 for all new QSW's who register with our agency before the end of January This will be paid out after 100 hours ohave been worked We will pay you £150 after 4 weeks in an assignment if you have not previously worked with us We offer £250 for every Qualified Social Worker you refer over to us£150 after 6 weeks in the assignment and £100 after completing 12 weeks We will offer £150.
