In conjunction with schedulers, co-ordinate and plan weekly schedule for service crews. The individual will be required to work on their own initiative based upon daily tasks and duties as part of a collaborative team in the service department. Management and delegation of tasks within service department. Status report production for issue to senior management. Service/Maintenance/facilities contracts account management. Preparation and sending of quotes stemming from service reports or customer requests. Sourcing materials and suppliers. Managing log of all inquiries and following up with Clients for approval/feedback. Liaising with relevant staff, suppliers, & clients and building relationships. Technical sales/service support to existing and new customer base. Problem solving and solution based approach to issues arising. Overseeing the scheduling of work load while working to strict timelines. Supporting the service department as required to ensure deadlines are met and the smooth running of the department.
