We are a full-service mechanical contractor offering repair, installation, and preventative maintenance on all forms of HVAC and Refrigeration as well as Residential Oil, Propane, and Natural Gas Heating. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Service Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. Proven success in working calmly, yet definitively, within a fast-paced environment may rise you to the top of the pool of candidates. Project management experience within a service-related industry, HVAC a HUGE plus! We are willing to provide extensive training for the right candidate to ensure success in this position. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 100% employer-paid short and long-term disability, 100% employer-paid life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, bereavement pay, retirement plan with company match Pay Scale: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour, dependent upon skill set + Spiffs + Benefits Work Hours: Full time; Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, occasional overtime as needed Required Qualifications: 3+ years experience in customer service, dispatching, and/or project management within a service-focused industry, HVAC is a huge plus! Geographical working knowledge of service area or map reading skills Impeccable customer service skills Ability to multi-task and stay calm within a fast-paced environment Energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skill set Able to communicate clearly in the English language, both verbally and in writing High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Qualifications Desired: Experience using dispatching software such as Service Titan, ESC, and/or FieldEdge Advanced level knowledge of software technologies, such as iOS, Android, and Windows OS Scheduling experience for technicians, and installers working in the field
