Company : SimplyHome Job Title : Service Coordinator Department : Service Reports to : Service Operations Manager Status : Full Time Job Summary We are actively seeking an experienced Service Coordinator. They must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including customers and staff. The ideal candidate will be very organized and be able to maintain professionalism. The primary duties include dispatch maintenance request needs on behalf of tenant for repairs and will act as the liaison between vendors and tenants. This role will report directly to the Operations Manager. Duties/Responsibilities Act as the liaison between the vendor and tenant by effectively communicating with all parties positively and effectively Listen to the needs of the tenant and respond accordingly/dispute resolution to provide the best outcome for the business and individual Provide a positive customer experience by keeping in contact with necessary tenants and act with sincerity to the tenants needs Interact with service managers and vendors accordingly to coordinate repairs as needed Create, manage, and dispatch work orders through the property management software Works independently within established procedures associated with the job function and performs additional special projects as delegated by the Operations Manager Required Skills/Abilities: Friendly and welcoming demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele. Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization. Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary. Able to work in an equitable, inclusive, and diverse environment.
