Carmichael is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Fredericton branch, this is a permanent full time position, working from Monday to Friday. Tasks and responsibilities: Scheduling and coordination of service repairs Scheduling and coordination of preventive maintenance Issue work orders to technicians Issue purchase orders to vendors Responsible for purchasing all parts services and equipment for scheduled maintenance and repairs Coordinate daily check in and check out of all field technicians Requirements: College or vocational study in business administration, operations, or similar Must have a positive attitude, experience in dispatch is not necessary but an asset. At least 3 of experience working in a coordination role, preferably within a service company is an asset. Candidates must have great time management and organizational skills Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools as well as having the ability to learn and operate a variety of in house computer software.
