Responsibilities: • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company• Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries• Ensure customer account information is up-to-date• Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information. • Explain rental responsibilities, if necessary.• Ensure the newest service and product knowledge Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills Compensation: $11 per hour About Company: "Where Quality is a Tradition" Street Toyota in Amarillo, Texas was established in 1983.
