Blentech has been a leader in designing and building stainless steel custom food processing systems in Santa Rosa, California, for more than 35 years. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Service and Parts Manager based in Northern California. The core function of this position is to manage our Service and Parts work center. This work center is a customer service department and inside sales. Your team handles all incoming email to part department. These emails are selling parts to our customers for their current equipment. This is a customer facing sales position, and not a warehouse position.The team also handles all customer site service calls. You will manage the service technicians and the parts sales persons. We are growing rapidly and welcome applicants with direct experience in Service and Parts management to apply! As a Service and Parts Manager, you will be leading a cross-functional team. You will use your technical aptitude and critical thinking skills and play an essential role in providing the best solutions for our customers. Some responsibilities of our Service and Parts Manager: Manage the Service and Parts team Develop and support strong work center goals for revenue generation Drive the sales and customer service process, coordinating all aspects of internal activities with the team and customer Communicate all sales activities to management through regular updating of Lattice, our performance Management software and direct conversations with Senior Management Travel (up to 40%) to customer locations to engage customers on potential projects Required Education and Experience: 3-5 years experience of service and parts for a manufacturing environment 3-5 years in mentorship and management experience Ability to sell service and parts Demonstrated excellence in negotiating and closing sales Ability to work with Salesforce, ERPs, and performance management software Full Time Salaried: 40+ hours per week Hours We offer 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for the employee, a 401k with match, and PTO Wage Range DOE: $94,100 to $120,900 Annual Salary with the possibility of bonuses This is an onsite position, and the candidate must be within driving distance of the office.
