Titanium Ford is looking to hire a Service Advisor with a passion for the automotive industry and amazing customer service. Responsibilities: Welcoming customers and discussing their needs Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the on the phone Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labour into consideration Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions Communicate findings and recommendations to customers Pre-book next maintenance appointment when guest are in for service Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick up times Communicate effectively with the technicians Other duties as requested Requirements: Dealership experience; 2 years preferred Clean driver's license Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem solving skills Ability to interpret technical terms to the customers Wage: $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience and bonuses earned Ability to commute/relocate: Position is in Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Titanium Ford Sales offers many automotive products and services to the City of Surrey and the surrounding area.
