Service Administrator – Honda An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Service Administrator, directly reporting the Service Manager to join the team at our Honda retailer in Canterbury. You will be responsible for: - Processing internal & external invoices & assisting the Service Manager in general admin related duties. - Ensuring data is kept up to date and accurate so that the systems function effectively and efficiently. - Making & receiving phone calls to assist with bookings, reminders & feedback. - Assist with monitoring, recording & improving customer feedback. - Undertaking other projects and duties as required to assist the Honda Service team. - Maintaining a positive, professional manner at all times. You must be able to demonstrate a methodical approach to completing tasks in an efficient manner. To be successful in this role, strong communication skills are necessary, both in person and on the phone. The successful candidate will have the ability to use their initiative and maintain focus when working independently, whilst also showing co-operative and enthusiastic involvement when working alongside the rest of the team. Working hours would be; Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 14:00 with over time available. Different working hours could be considered for the right candidate.
