Seeking PT and FT servers!Job Summary:As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will play a crucial role in representing our establishment and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and attending to guests' needs in a professional and courteous manner.Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting menu items. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while adhering to presentation standards. Ensure guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks, providing condiments, and addressing any special requests. Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues or complaints to ensure a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions as required. Stay updated on menu items, specials, and restaurant promotions to provide accurate information to guests. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff. Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies. Requirements: Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service to every guest. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, handling challenging situations with professionalism. Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods, is advantageous. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age for serving alcohol in your location) and possess any required certifications or permits for alcohol service. Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/move heavy trays as needed. A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality, with a willingness to contribute to a positive team environment.
