Basic skills required are: Create a dining experience for Club members/guests. Be familiar with food service procedures. Perform various duties required to furnish good and proper service etiquette. Requirements: Great attitude and understanding that service is the product. Provide quality food and beverage service to club members and guests in an efficient and courteous manner. Effective communication skills are a must! Serving experience in high paced dining establishment helpful, but not required. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
