Key Responsibilities Develop and drive comprehensive, fit-for-purpose commercial strategies to maximize the US market potential of BESREMi® and for indication expansion or new products. This includes market segmentation, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and distribution channels. Lead the US Commercial organization to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives for BESREMi®. Provide strategic direction to the US sales teams and work with the business directors to set sales targets, and implement sales plans to drive growth. Oversee the development and execution of marketing programs and omni-channel campaigns to effectively promote BESREMi®. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall commercial strategy. Partner with the Market Access team to build and deliver effective strategies to navigate regulatory and reimbursement landscapes, ensuring optimal market access strategies are executed and patients are served. Lead market research efforts and competitive analyses to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to inform commercial strategies and tactics. Enable successful collaborations with internal stakeholders, including collaborate with R&D, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, and Business Operations & Strategies leaders to ensure the alignment and synergy of commercial activities and product communication plans to meet overall business objectives. Build and lead a high-performing Commercial team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to team members. Foster a culture of integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Commercial organization. The Person Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Qualifications and Experience: Minimally Required A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of success in sales, marketing, and commercial strategy. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and coach teams towards common goals. Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies and resource planning that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and risk management. Deep understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including regulatory and reimbursement environments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data, reports, and insights into actionable strategies. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and opportunities in the pharmaceutical market. Highly Preferred Experience in organizational change management and rapidly growing businesses. Demonstrated success in leading, inspiring, coaching and building world-class Commercial teams. Demonstrated ability to anticipate business and organizational needs and address challenges before they arise. Serve as coach and mentor with an ability to foster relationships with all levels of the team, relate well with others, listen effectively and help employees at all levels achieve their performance and development goals. High emotional intelligence with experience establishing relationships as a trusted advisor with the highest degree of integrity.
