The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in drafting estate planning documents, exceptional academic credentials, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.Job Details: Duties:Provide expert counsel in trust administration and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.Draft a variety of estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.Develop customized solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.Advise clients on taxation matters related to trusts and estates.Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of experience in trusts and estates law.Extensive experience in trust administration and estate planning for high-net-worth clients.Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills.Excellent academic credentials.Preferred: Large law firm experience.Preferred: LL.M. in Taxation.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Preferred: LL.M. in Taxation.Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of California.Skills:In-depth knowledge of trust administration and estate planning.Proficiency in drafting various estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to provide strategic and client-focused advice.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
